Hello, my name is Dale Ann Novian. I am a Loan Officer here at FirstBank Southwest where I process all in-house loan applications from start to finish.  Our in-house loan products include:  purchases, refinances, home equities, interim construction, and home improvement loans.

 I was in the title company industry for 19 years, before beginning my career as a Loan Originator.  I grew up in the Dallas area, lived in Pampa for 20 years, and now call Canyon home.  

I find real estate very rewarding and enjoy working with our customers and loan officers.  I love that we offer so many products, from in-house to secondary, that suit a variety of budgets and goals for our homeowners and new buyers.

When I am not working, my husband and I enjoy hanging out with our three daughters, grandchildren and friends.  We are always up for any adventure.
